Reasons to return your item include, the item is the wrong size, fit, or does not meet the customer's expectation of (binding) capabilities.
If this is the case you need to contact us also within two weeks to let us know that you will be returning an item and for what reason. We will let you know the returns address via email.
Items that are returned must be unworn, this means that they have been tried on but have not been in contact with your body for an extended period of time. As these are undergarments we have to be very strict about this for hygiene reasons. There must be no marks, tears/rips, or any odours on the garment at all. We will check each one.
Items will be replaced without the need to return the item if the item is damaged or faulty when it arrives to the customer.
If this is the case please email photo evidence of the damage as soon as you receive the item. We will allow submissions up to two weeks after the date of purchase to give time for postage etc. We will then contact you to let you know that a replacement item has been sent.
