Please note: We are not a large online retailer.
We are a small, trans owned, family run business.
We do not ask our staff to work late or over the weekends.
So, if you send us an email we will get back to you ASAP
(usually the next working day).
In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil your order.
We will contact you to ask if you would like
to substitute for another item. If you would like
a refund instead we will process that immediately.
