Returns

To return your item please use the Returns Portal below.

Please Note: For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns of boxers or sanitary items.

UK Orders qualify for free returns.

We provide a free Royal Mail label which can be printed at home and a QR code that can be used at Royal Mail Drop Off points where the label can be printed for you.
You can also arrange for Royal Mail to collect your return. For more information please visit Royal Mail's website.

Labels are valid for a month after your return submission.

You can also choose to arrange your own shipping with the carrier of your choice however you will responsible for any costs.

Returns must be submitted through the portal within 90 days of receiving your order, shipping time is not included. After this time you will be unable to return your order.

RETURNS WITH SIGNS OF WEAR SUCH AS STAINS/SMELLS WILL BE REJECTED
If the tag has been removed please include this in the 'more details' section and we will still consider your item as a return.
